tomarrow is the big day

I'M ORDERING MY EQUIPMENT TOMORROW!!! I'm so excited. though i've changed my mind a little bit. I'm trying to think of the best and cheapest way to get up and running without getting TOO cheap. so i decided for right now to take off the Korg PadKontrol since well even though it's a great product and i will no matter what be buying it down the road. I'd like to get truly up and running...i'm personally not really that much of a fan when people post music up on myspace or where ever and thats all it is...music. to me it just gets boring really fast....unless done really well. so i want to be able to post some songs with actual lyrics in it...but the big problem is the one mic i was looking at was $420 and then on top of that the mic preamp i was looking at was another $200...so thats almost a getting up to a grand just for vocals...crazy if you ask me for a beginner...so i'm going the cheaper route...and i'll save me $100 from the korg padkontrol.

there is a company called "blue" which i've always looked at there mics in kind of a intrigued way...because they are different then most peoples stuff. well i don't know when but they came out with a USB condenser mic (what you use when recording vocals typically). i think they mainly made it for podcasting. infact it comes with a little desk tripod stand. but it's got 3 settings. 1 for up close normal talking or singing. the 2nd setting is if your apprently going for a higher vocals...and the third setting is mainly for if your recording a whole band at once or your wanting to interview someone so it can reach out and be able to snag there voice along with yours. but i figured this will prolly be a better setup since well to be honest i really wanted the korg padkontrol alot for the X,Y pad that way i can make changes in my programs without having to use the mouse.....but that will be a minor inconvience for the time being. but so far the reviews are great for the most part for this mic as a good beginner mic.....plus i can use it for podcasting later down the road. and the other reason why i'm getting this silly looking mic.....well it will look good next to my mac when i get it.

which brings me to my next bit of into.......my future mac. i did the configuration on the thing and really not too too bad considering it is an all in one computer. i mean my brothers computer is alot more bulkier and it's an all in one and he spent $1000 more for his and the only advantage is his has got a tv-tuner in it and a very lousey touch screen.....with the dreaded vista. but here is my info (there is an order # hint hint...some stranger should come along and buy it for me.....help my project out.....lol...i want to be popular enough on the internet where people buy me shit).

please buy me

I mean i'd like to have 4gigs of ram but that can come later (since that is the only thing you can technically upgrade yourself...so i figured i'll worry about that after i swallow that $2200 price tag....then again by the time i save up for it the new imac should be out along with a more powerful system....so thats fine by me. but i really am hoping they drop there prices just a little bit...not much but like $200
